How to manage school without overload

School days are most definitely not the happiest days of every child’s life. Not every child fits into a school environment easily which can cause extreme stress and anxiety. Most schools are nowadays aware of the rise in mental health problems of teenagers and are willing to help if asked.

This workshop aims to :

  • give strategies on how to approach schools on your childs behalf and what to ask for.
  • help you support your child in dealing with the pressures of school , noise/crowds/expectations/social interaction etc
  • Help you support your child withe the transition between primary and secondary/ school and college / school and university
  • give you ideas and techniques to alleviate your child’s anxiety
